Pakistan: Saving Humanity From a Change Within One Selves

Societies deficient in civitas undermine the survival of a democratic society from their disconnect from the vital institution—the judiciary that the people must continuously protect and nurture. The judiciary’s pay and benefits must come from the people’s contributions into a fund and the people’s voting criteria strictly on merit.

The people of Punjab do not know that they play a role in the violation of human rights. Yes, the majority army is made up of Punjabis that with a flick of a command can make their subordinates indecent and repugnant human beings. The province of Punjab in majority consists of people that are further from brave heart (or civitas) to stand up against human rights violation. Imran Khan has groomed Punjab (or Pakistan) for the better.

It is vital, the people must continuously protect and nurture the institution of the judiciary to protect the judges from becoming “the enemy of the people.”

Pakistan can no longer reconcile her foreign policy concerns for liberty and human rights with the continued abusive and mistreatment of her people. The carefully planned regime change with criminals and the subsequent human rights abuses in Pakistan are planned from an intellect much higher than Bajwa’s capacities. The regime change is an outcome from an intellectually debated thought to sabotage the innate Pakistani cause to fight for the rights of the people of the occupied Kashmir and the colonized Palestine.

Criminals in the government mean an automatic breakdown of the rule of law. In this case, to sustain the intellectually debated objective, which is foreign in nature. Therefore, it is for the people to ensure the balance of power and to protect the judges from becoming “the enemy of the people.”

The lawless Pakistan Army’s latest victim is the former Minister of Imran Khan’s government, Ali Amin Gundapur. Ali Amin had secured bail on government’s trumped-up charges that has the support of the military. Ali Amin, was arrested by police three weeks ago and remains incommunicado.

The arrest is in violation of the Court orders. The arresting police officer (DPO of Dara Ismael Khan region) told the Session Judge, “He has orders from above.” Ali Amin, a political opponent is shuttled from prison to prison, from town to town in the province of Sindh, in connection with the numerous First Information Reports (FIRs) filed at various police stations.

The arrest spree plot of the government was uncovered a few weeks back. The plan is to arrest Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tahreek-e Insaf (PTI) potential office bearers in the much desired elections by the 220 million Pakistanis. The army and her proxy government is plotting against the elections.

After provincial assemblies were dissolved by Khan, Pakistan’s Constitution mandates election within the 90-days; now stands void. The strong man, the army chief Asim Munir is backing the current government, have become the adamant violators of the Constitution.

The Supreme Court in a bitter struggle among the Justices to hold elections in their triumphant decision have ordered the government to commit to elections. The country is yet to see if the Supreme Court Chief Justice (CJ) can bring the extrajudicial killers and the arbitrary torturers (the current proxy government of the army) to commit to elections.

Pakistan’s top brass and the coalition government are downright illegal operators, running operations without the rule of law and are cannibalizing the country. The constitution was violated on April 09, 2022 by the CJ Bandial in collusion with the army chief Bajwa to usher in the criminal government.

The CJ Bandial  has sought change within self. The born again CJ Bandial’s decision is to hold the elections within 90-days of dissolving the provincial assemblies. The constitution is once more desecrated by the criminals running the government has deliberately violated to hold the elections within 90-days of dissolving the provincial assemblies.

In the absence of the likelihood of elections, the fate of Ali Amin is uncertain for three reasons. First, who he is. A Pashtun, usually fearless, he is taken up to task by the criminal enterprise to send a vibe of horror to Pakistanis that even Ali Amin is no longer the untouchable. Second, Imran Khan has nominated Ali, as one of the six to run the party during his absence. Third, The regime change benefactors are India and Israel, and not the United States.

The factual reality, Ali Amin is unlikely to get released in the near future. Unlike others (Ali Zaid, Imran Riaz, Azam Swati, Fawad Chaudhury, Iftikhar Ghymman Khan, Atta-ur Rehaman, Shahbaz Gill), all were arrested and were selectively tortured with a motive to instill public fear.  Ali Amin is taken into custody by the express orders of the army high command with aim to consume, to dismantle and to vaporize Khan’s PTI party in support of the fundamental shift in Pakistan’s cause for human rights. The change in status quo can set Ali Amin to freedom.

The factual reality is, the protection of the Constitution belongs to the people and they have failed. The factual reality is, in the case of Pakistan, a human rights group writes, “The space for free expression and dissent in Pakistan is rapidly shrinking,” is not enough when Pakistan has become a hostage to illegal entities committing unlawful acts and extrajudicial killings.

The Punjabi criminals in power have stooped to the lowest rungs of indignity. The decent Punjabis are left perplexed; alas, have moved to self-examination: Their kind has stooped low – How to rebound – How to stop the sufferings of those (or the KPK people) that are fighting for and pay the price for coexisting with the ethnic Punjab majority.

Punjab elites retain profits and socialize cost at the expense of the people of Baluchistan and the usual Pashtuns. KPK is the buffer state (province) of Pakistan. The Baloch and the Pashtuns usually pay in blood and are made to suffer for achieving Punjab’s elite objectives in the country. From the Swat operation to the recent bomb blasts in Peshawar and Swat, all have signatures of the army.

The 2009 Swat operation was orchestrated by Pakistan Army to bring terrorism into the forefront in support of the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan; to place a garrison in Swat and to grab prime land, penny on a dollar. Fazullah, was later classified as a terrorist, was an ISI asset in Swat.

Under the rule of a Punjabi army chief and in collusion with the ISI, have orchestrated bomb blasts to victimizing the Pashtuns to churn terrorism in Pakistan. The army’s aim from bomb blasts is to heightened terrorism argument to justify it cannot oversee the safety of the required elections.

Remember, ‘the unexamined life is not worth living…that’s why we bother to self-educate ourselves and those for whom we are responsible for.’ In this spirit, Absar Alam, a Punjabi ethnic journalist has examined and identified the Pakistani problem. Absar said, “Pakistan problem is the Punjabi elite. Look at Punjabi judge, Punjabi general, Punjabi intellectual, Punjabi media person, Punjabi bureaucrat and Punjabi politician. They do not consider the people of smaller provinces human beings….”

To support self-change, Punjab must standup to scrutiny. Pakistan in its current state has given us conclusions that previously one refrained to pencil their thought. Punjab has become a security threat for Pakistan. The bulk of ethnic Punjabis are not fit to be promoted pass the rank of a major because they lack strong leadership and unwavering loyalty. And no, I am not a bigot. Punjab is also the hope for Pakistan.

I have written before, the bulk of Punjabis are not fit to holding high offices and practically none can do justice to the Chief of the Army Office. A Punjabi ethnic chief’s innate traits are means to compromising the nuclear doctrine of Pakistan and now the human rights.

(Imran Khan from his political leadership has brought the country together and this article though references social inequalities can no longer become means to incite ethnic divide. Khan with his peaceful protest and dialogue and communication has built a bridge among the ethnic groups.)

The real freedom of Pakistan and securing human rights lay with the people of Punjab. But how can Pakistan find its freedom among the lot of the army chiefs: an immoral Gen. Kayani, a treacherous Bajwa and the deprived Asim Munir (all are a vial of lowest morals and disgrace). They very well know, just like their forefathers, the people of Punjab have been ‘slaves’ of the conquering rulers. The oppressing ruling lot is banking on that they can rule the people too in a feudalistic fashion.

The Indo-subcontinent has been subjected to oppression and violence. Oppression has long lasting and detrimental effects on society. The people’s inability to rid the society of criminals ruling them is the outcome of oppression.

An immediate breakout from oppression is international support – Don’t count on it. Other peaceful solutions are long run. Such as political participation, education and building civitas. These are possibilities only when righteous people are in government.

What is left? The Supreme Court cannot give Pakistan elections in a few months, if it can materialize elections at all. The Justice system died in Pakistan the night CJ Bandial from his foul indignities assisted Bajwa with the regime change (April 2022.)  Don’t force Khan to eventually take on additional gamble on his life and for the sake of his people that have stood behind him, but are not capable of the Charge of the Rohirrim (a fictional charge in the Lord of The Rings.)

Khan has shaped the general mindset in Pakistan—more is needed. Defeating the criminals from Punjab and Sindh is not a high risk task. The ethnic majority Punjabis are beginning to learn, to restore human rights they must start peaceful protest at the gates of the General Head Quarters (GHQ) where cowards and men of indignity have assumed power. These cowardly men cannot prevail in the battle of nerves.

Americans buy AR-15 because the gun is classified as a personal “self-defense” weapon; it has accuracy; it can be handled most competently, and has fire power to deter. It looks mean and ferocious. –The Heritage Foundation. Punjabis do not have any of the AR-15 features to inject dignity into their society.

Remember, Pakistan government and the army have become lawless entities. For your sake, someone’s son—Ali Amin is getting tortured as you read this article. What choice are you left with to try not to have American values.  Decent societies cite statistics – American are four times likely to be stabbed to death than being shot with a rifle. Two-thirds of deaths in the U.S.A. are suicide regardless of a type of gun. It is a myth that AR-15 is an offensive weapon. –Id.

Intellectuals tend to be politically correct. At times their data suggests to have peaceful constructive approach. The American civil rights movement was mostly a peaceful struggle and its success came from a movement against a country (people and the government) with predominantly racist values. Peaceful movement with variety of tactics brought widespread attention for the decent people to shun racism.

The logic of movement or awareness among the people does not apply. The people have softly spoken against these criminals. The situation in Pakistan is not the same as was during the U.S. civil rights movement as means to peaceful movement. The army higher command is headed by traitors and criminals along with a few generals not true to their profession and country. The army high command has the support of compromised troops and the remainder bulk of the forces are impotent to render duty to country.  Pakistan is held hostage at the barrel of a gun.

Now here is a curious idea. Let’s assume the decent people in protest launch their own banks and create their own parallel organizations and economy so to speak. Quite a peaceful boycott, protest and a feat to pull off. It will not work because the criminals with guns will holdup your banks, and not to mention the impact on commodity prices from currency devaluation that the people have no control over.

What Pakistan has is a bold set of criminals with Asim Munir as the criminal enterprise lead. Asim Munir’s recent visit to China exhibited a demeanor from his family background and upbringing that acknowledged to me his colonized primitive mind. Asim Munir left me with a belief that he is in need of civilization.

Societies as in majority have limited ways to deal with the minority criminals. We imprison them to rehabilitate, we award capital punishment or we require community service. Befitting crimes, how will Pakistan imprison Asim Munir and his generals to benefit from her civilized potential? Pakistan as a society has to decide and very quickly.

The forces in Civitas and citizen’s arrest is a civilized concept. America stands with the rule of law and preserving human rights in Pakistan. –Rep. Brad Sherman. Is the intellectually debated idea no longer the vital objective?
